Invalid product code

I recently purchased the first run of the Heavensward soundtrack with the minion code. It’s saying the code is invalid for the minion. I am aware that the code expired 12/31/2017 however I also recently purchased Before the Fall soundtrack as well and was able to redeem the Primogs minion with an expiration date of 12/31/2016. Unless there is an updated list neither one of those were listed under the redeemable or non redeemable section that I read at your support center. How do I go about getting the minion?
