Do you think taking up-skirt shots of peoples characters is creepy?

I've noticed when I am playing my alt (Who is a viera) I get more creepy attention. My friend also experienced folks (mainly lalas) taking gpose up skirt pantie shots of her character. I get its all pretend and not real but am I the only one who finds this stuff kinnda creepy? I wear pants and shorts on my bun to avoid this issue but it does taint my game some what.

Am I being too sensitive or do others think that this behavior is inappropriate?

PS. Funnily enough I am left alone when I play my main which happens to be a 7ft tall aura dude.

No I don't. I just disregarded it, but he was sitting down beneath her and with the gpose symbol on so was obvious what they were doing and when asked they replied 'So what if I am?'

My chatlog is semi related... they didn’t say up skirt but the comments I pasted into the report I filed were creepy...

Yeah it’s a game character and if you find cartoon girls something to obsess over fine... but nothing is stopping you from using the character creator and just making one yourself...

I find these people amazingly pathetic. And when they follow me around trying to line something up... or start making obscene chat... well I move away from the creeps but I report the chatters.

Ifalna has never gotten even a simple compliment. 5 years I play this game and no random ever flirted with my cat or said that she was cute.

You are surrounded by teenagers with raging hormones in a videogame. Dress up like that and you WILL get the responses you're getting.
Not saying it isn't their fault but you are making yourself a target. "Taliban" has nothing to do with it, I'm merely accounting for basic human nature.
The "dresses" you wear (more like undressing the char about as much as the game lets you do) and the character design are meant to exploit it anyway.

I stated "you dress like one". Not that you are one. Big difference. Nothing misogynistic about it at all.

What's with people announcing they reported someone? Is there some kind of medal for it? Or is it solely the dopamine rush?

I find it rather hilarious that she even reports it b/c I wasn't even referring to her person but knowing the mods in these forums they probably oblige her and ban me.

Ehh, for me its just pixels on a screen, but if its really an issue to you and you've told them to stop but they refused you can report them for harassment.

Is it really harassment if someone places their character next to another's? Seems like a bit of a stretch to me.
