I can see that or just drastically reducing the rate of exp you lose. It's paying homage to XI so I don't see that element going away but reducing the loss would allow people more motivation to stay in while also giving it the same element of suspense.

A different bag for storing items would be nice. Especially with the amount of tails/mushrooms/waters you get from lockboxes to make potions for the exp boosts.

The mobs should scale with the amount of people in the instances, so that should sort itself out pending on when it snapshots how many people are in.

As for the last two people do run them on Discord. I don't know how frequent Diadem is but BA is still run on Aether and Primal even now. It's slowed down considerably since the launch of SHB but it's a thing. Crystal I'm not too sure on because even when I was running it back then it was mainly frag runs to get the gear.
