I have made a purchase of the optional item tales of adventure to skip all the main story quest so that I can faster join my friend in the raid.

But somehow my account has 2 service account which i don't even recall and made that purchase to my service account 1, char name: Inokichii Tachi at Tonberry, but the purchase meant to be my service account that link to my steam account, char name: Inokichi Izanagi at Kujata. The purchase was made somewhere in first week of August.

Despite multiple emails and eventually moved to in-game ticket, nothing had to my account and this is the 2nd time that i gonna subscribe the account despite i bought the game around july 14th.

I already told the respective GM that the item at that old account are no longer active, and i have no intention to active that account to delete the item in order to pass the item to the right character.

I also told them to ban that account if they need to.

I just want the item to be with my right character at kujata, till i already slowly progress till I no longer needed that item.

Kindly get the respective manager that able to make decision to refund my money back to me.
