    Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Have any updates or changes been made to the PC that coincide with the crash?When the crash occurs, are were there any programs or overlays running in the background. If you have not done so already, could you try disabling them?

    Nothing other than standard Windows updates, I guess. I have been having these issues since installing Shadowbringers and since then there haven't been many changes to my PC.


    When the crash occurs, are were there any programs or overlays running in the background. If you have not done so already, could you try disabling them?

    I believe a clean boot eliminates any or all programs/overlays running in the background, correct? If so, as I mentioned on my main post, I have already received the same results when running the game after a clean boot.
