Many MANY people are having the same issue .. I myself did everything I could think of and then rolled back my Nvidia Drives to JUly 7th (I think) .. Seemed to work BUT I Also I had to lock my FR's to 60 anything more then that then I get crashes > ITS A GAME ISSUE not your machine. TOO many people having the same exact issues game wide.

I rolled back by Nvidia drivers once before so it may be worth a shot. My monitor doesn't go any higher than 60hz, so I am locked at that frame rate anyhow.
