Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
Did this only start happening after you moved to your new apartment? Is it possible to connect to your router with an Ethernet cable? Does this make a difference?
What platform are you playing on (PC, PS4, Mac)?
We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
I'm using PC platform and I dont think it possible for me to connect to ethernet cable due to distant between the router and my laptop
Thank you for the reply YamatoShibatara.
Is it possible to move the the laptop closer to the router? You may want to try connecting it with an Ethernet temporarily in order to be sure it's the wireless connection causing the issue. If you are still getting disconnected on a wired connection, the the issues stems from somewhere else.
We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
