If it's automated and provides an advantage over other players, chances are it's not allowed.

However, whether it's allowed and whether you can get punished for using it are two different things. For the automation part, if you don't admit to using such tools in chat, nothing will happen to you (many players use bots for a wide range of activities from gathering, to leveling up, to buying houses, and there has been no crackdown by SE).

The turbo presses might carry a risk since you would be performing actions the average player couldn't perform, but I would be surprised if anything happened even if it isn't allowed.
