Why Ryne is no Ninja, besides of you having answered already your own question for yourself by the correct answer is, that she is in fact an Oracle.
It's just dumb only that SE hasn't given her a kind of unique weapon type and skills to show that her fighting style is different and not like that of a basic class of the Ninja Job with it's daggers, which is why you assumed she should be a Ninja, when in fact we have with Yugiri already an awesome cute sexy n loyal Ninja there, sadly just not useable yet for Trust, cause so far she's still in the Origin. But like said, hopefully more of the older heroes join later to give us Trust Members for each job, except Bluemage.Only weird decision in my opinion was it to call Alphinaud a Healer, instead of Scholar, but I guess thats because of his unique Carbuncle. If that stays so, should add SE rather a Scholar and change Alphinaus Symbol to that of a Whitemage as "Healer".

Aside of these finetunings, the future of Trust is defenetely to get first rolled out step by step to the whole game, to synchronize this feature with ghe complete game to oned shared together Status Quo.

Once this goal has been reached first, then we can see further, how SE can make Trust rewarding enough, until the next expansion comes 2021.

It's just taking the already existing SH Trust AI and teaching npcs how to react best on boss mechanics perfectly, like they mostly already nearly always do that in SH dungeons, thats no rocket science for developers suddenly to repeat that kind of work with the older dungeons. However, it's naturally a task, which requires time and just isn't done simply so by over night. But stuff like that doesn't take ages, if you have already all the assets and the functionizing AI program, to reuse them on older content

Does it mean effort? YES, is it impossible? NOOOO
