Also, not hating to much, but it is their job at end of day, do you say Thank you to the bin men? or Thank you to the Ticket guy at the Train Station? He allowed you to go from A to B on the super rail way!

I always do. Doesn't matter if it's the bagger at the grocery store or the waiter or the janitor - thanking people can make their day.
