For the love of god - give us Level Sync

So over the past few days me and an LS friend have been taking turns to power-level our classes to 33, at which point the XP started to taper off and it became obvious we would need to find an XP party.

So anyways today we have been desperately trying to find an XP party but with no luck.

Do the devs even release that there is such a big issue with trying to level low level classes ? I feel really bad for anyone who has just started this game.

There has been several huge threads about Level Sync and LFP icons in the past and all the good stuff that 11 had but it seems like its just falling on deaf ears at this point.

Can a Community dev please get some feedback from the devs to see if its possible to have these features added to 1.22.

I want to get all my classes to 50 but at this rate its not going to happen.

The correct action, if anything, would be to address the PL problem and put a stop to it so that at some point in the (near?) future lower-level party grinding will be a possibility. It's absolutely unacceptable that players be made to resort to not playing the game just to progress.

My wife recently volunteered complaints after being Powerleveled: "This is boring; I want to play the game but this is all anyone's doing".

It still breaks down to this, which we disscussed 13928091832098123 times. There are those players that loved the OLD HARDCORE version of FFXI and all the fond memories of that time they had, thus they want to make this game just as tedious.....

Jake, you've been gone a while right? Let me bring you back up to speed as of today. People cannot find others to group with to actually take part and experience the game through levels 1~50. Do you know why this is? Everyone else has abused powerleveling to the point that not many remain without 50's across the board in DoW/DoM.

If you don't want to play a game, then don't play. If you would rather someone PL all your classes, then just pay someone to do it.

uhh no, my SHOW was gone a while as I leveled my avatar to level 50 and did a bunch of in game stuff that I wanted to accomplish ^^. I also follow the intricacies of this game with zeal, as we used to do a podcast about (4 hours long every week). So yeah I get what you are saying.

but what you don't get is some ppl PREFER to be PL'd, and that's their idea of fun then fine, let them do it, who cares? I do not feel it cheapens my accomplishments because "I" know how I did them, and "I" know I had fun the way I did it.

Which btw was by finding groups and taking part in experiencing the game in a fun manner.

Regardless, yes population has dropped so finding parties is harder, so a Level sync would help greatly, no?

I still have many jobs to level to 50 some are less than level 1. I am saving them to play with new players when 2.0 comes out

So if you want to level some time look me up ! There are ppl out there who want to do it legit.

Wait, wait. You're severely confused if you think the act of being powerleveled is enjoyable. So is anyone else who thinks standing in one spot and 'progressing' while another actually plays the game for you. You're absolutely right I want people to stop doing it - and that wish has absolutely nothing to do with selfish desire. It is, in fact, the exact opposite.

PL isn't a problem and it is intended and it works beautifully. You problem is lack of players in the game so obviously all people do is PL each other. Though majority of the times than not on Wutai I see EXP parties shouting and using the awesome search feature majority of the parties are normal no PL parties. Low levels is kind of meant to solo or small party play. No one is making you PL. I personally think it is UNACCEPTABLE that you are complaining about it and cannot play the game the way you want to when the option is right there in your face. If you wife wants to play the game then don't join a PL party, DUH.
