Haha, I actually thought about that one, too. But I found that a bit odd. My Lalafell is rather interested in many things, but only RDM and SCH will reach 80. The gap to the other professions is a whopping 30 levels and more. That's an effective and easy hint to show that I am a hardcore Red Mage freak (and part-time Scholar).

What irks me most is that I get that other profession levelled when I skill my Scholar.

My BLU will stay at 1 Forever.

Level everything else to low level benchmarks. Like lvl 30 for all classes for their Jobs and lvl 15 for DoL/DoH.

I assume you mean the sets you set up and switch between as opposed to sets of gear for a particular job. Do you even come close to using them all? What is there, 50 of them now? The inventory system can't even accommodate fully using them. If you use 'em great, I just don't think I ever would.

I've leveled three healers and have had to deal with a lot of sitting ducks that refuse to leave their Leylines?
How can I play something when I can't even pronounce it? tar mat resurge? Taco Tuesday splurge? To many lala's, we need a purge? I just can't get it.

Jokes aside, just never got around to it. now I treat it like the class doesn't exist.
