Cant login to FFXIV

I try to login to FFXIV and I get this message

To play the game, you must first complete the registration process using the registration code included with your purchase.

You just took a payment on 9/2 and Shadowbringers is registered,

SO WHAT IS THE ISSUE NOW?????

I am so tired of issues with logging into this game that I just cancelled my sub, this game is not worth this frustration

Are you a Steam user? If so you must now log on directly through Steam.

Are you a Windows user? If so you have to launch through the stand alone launcher or add the game to Steam the old fashion way.
