FF closed random

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the game (or my PC still do not know) first I'm sorry for my English, I hope understand me.

I bought a PC recently with these features:
-Nox Urano VX 750W 80+ Bronze 140MM PWM
-G.Skill FlareX DDR4 2400 PC4-19200 32GB 2x16GB CL15
-Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite
-Procesador AMD Ryzen 7 2700 4.1 Ghz
-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050Ti OC 4GB GDDR5

Playing and doing whatever, the screen turns black and the PC tries to shut down (I have a program so that it does not "DontSleep") but I lose seconds since I see the screen to turn off or close.
All the drivers are up to date and I don't know what it could be, does it lack power or is it a game problem?

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

How long have you been experiencing this issue? Have any updates or changes been made to the PC that coincides with the crash? You mention that you have a program on your PC that causes it not to sleep, does the game shut down randomly when that program is not being run? Could you also provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

Hello and thanks for answering, since I bought the PC parts the problem arose, no update has changed it, I reinstalled Windows10, drivers, etc ... nothing, when I have turned off "DontSleep" the same thing happens.

Thank for you for the reply.

Does the crash occur when all background programs and overlays are disabled? Could you also try updating the graphic drivers? Please also try doing a cleanboot. Open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

It looks like your graphics drivers are a bit out of date. Have you tried to update them since your posted the system report? If not, try doing a clean install of the most up to date versions.

Do you have any other programs or overlays running at the same time as Final Fantasy XIV? If so, please try disabling them. When the crash happens, is there an error message? If so, could you provide it in your next reply?

Hi, I only have dontsleep open, just to prevent if I am in a dungeon to not disconnect in the middle of it, it doesn't show any error just a window with close anyways or cancel, I hit cancel and then I have a black screen for a moment and after waiting for a bit I can play again.
