Fatal DirectX Error 11000002 like crazy today

Not going to post a bunch of tech info BUT

Lately I have been getting:
Fatal DirectX Error 11000002 was about every 2 or 3 hours

After Maintenance today 8/27/2019 boom EVERY 5 minutes. FFXIV is the only game/thing this is happening too so its not on me.

Please fix

If you need technical info list what you need. But I'm guessing you (SE) already know whats going on.

Have any updates or changes been made to the PC? When the crash happens are there any background programs or overlays running? What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I have done everything suggested in other posts:

My video card drivers on my GTX970M are current and have been current. It runs the game at around 60FRPS
I have disabled anything that would / could apply an overlay (Discord/Nvidia software, etc)

I've set 3D Management to FFXIV>High-performance NVIDIA processor
I've set Run as Admin
I've set Window 7 compatibility mode.

Like most people that post about this it has been an issue since Shadowbringers came out for us. When searching for this problem the only other time I see it pop up is at the start of expansions like when Stormblood came out.

Could you try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

Last night I uninstalled and Reinstalled the Game - still crashing
Doing a cleanboot now (only things enabled running was the new LGHUB software and Realtek HD Audio Manager) testing now will edit post when it crashes.

Crashed 20 minutes into game play > standing still in a room opening an in game window.

More information from Event Viewer - Its the Game, this same thing is listed over and over for every crash.

The program ffxiv_dx11.exe version 1.0.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Also I need to add this is happening on 2 Identical Laptops MSI GE72 2QF Apache PRO's with GTX970M's. When the problem started happening on the first machine I switched to my back up laptop and installed fresh with all up to date drivers etc. What I'm reading on most posts that talk about errors are "GTX" cards. Is it a problem that maybe FFXIVDx11.exe inst compatible with the newer Nvidia Drivers and Windows update that came out this month around the same time as the Shadowbringers release?

I am getting random ffxiv_dx11.exe crashes like crazy for the past couple of days. This is ridiculous and is the #1 reason I have not purchased the new expansion yet! Not until this gets fixed!

I may have found a solution to this, I went into my BIOS and disabled the RAM profile (Extreme Memory Profile1). So far no DX11 crashes!
