What job is the highest priority to fix?

Priority wise,

1) Sam / Ninja /Ast are tied for needs to be addressed immediately

2) SMN / DNC - needs adjustments to playstyles and/or effort vs reward

3) SCH - QoL changes mostly, a DoT aoe skill, bane would suffice (not a shadowflare esque ability), Fairy Skills entirely seperate from GCD /oGCD that can be used mid animation, Dissipation fairy respawn forcing *heel* status.

4) BLM / MNK potency nerfs
