Monk needs to be nerfed especially as it will become more OP as the expansion goes on the way crit scales with the job.
Ninja needs to be adressed because of the mudra clipping.
Samurai needs some kind of change to increase dps but not just random potency buffs.
Summoner egi needs to be adressed.
Astro is still too weak and needs some looking at.
The ranged jobs need tweaking in terms of damage.
Red mage needs some damage tweaking also.
WHM,scholar,dragoon and blm are currently fine.
