Alliance Raids and Story Skip

Alliance raids should be unlocked when a story skip is purchased. I realize it isn't part of the "Main Story," but neither are the hard dungeons that are unlocked with it. Having to go back and do all the quests for the alliance raids is an annoying waste of time.

I story-skipped an alt through ARR just to replay the Crystal Tower storyline, so it's not necessarily a good thing to auto-skip them. (After reading the description multiple times to be certain it wasn't included, I had a moment of horror when I activated the skip and saw all the optional dungeons had unlocked despite not being listed either.)
