Skipping Login Queue - No Hotbar Icons New Player

When a character is created and logs in for the first time, four icons are created in Bar 1 (Teleport/Return/Auto Attack/Sprint). Bar 8 is also fully populated.

However, if you face a queue during login and hit "Cancel" ... wait a few seconds and connect again, these icons do not populate and the new player is left with an empty hotbar save for their very first level 1 spell.

For a lot of new players, they're not aware that you can simply wait out the queue. I wasn't. I saw the Cancel button and hit it, tried again 15-30 seconds later and was in. It seems if you "bypass" the queue it misses some script that'd populate these.

Solution would be to prevent people from bypassing the queue, or ensure icons are created if they do.

Edit: Not sure if this is considered "In-Game" or not. The missing icons are definitely in game, but the queue isn't. If it should be moved, please move. Thanks.
