Eos/Selene fails to execute actions when "Place" is used.

Steps:
1. Execute the two pet actions, such as Fey Blessing and Whispering Dawn
2. Use the "Place" command between Eos/Selene after it uses the first command.

This happens with all pet actions when used after Fey Blessing. If you execute "Place" after Fey Blessing, Eos/Selene will not do the second action. It still goes on cool down, but it never gets used.

Yeah, its annoying, that you can "use" a second action immediatly, but the fairy doesn´t "do" it and the action is still on cooldown after that.
I can´t count how many ocds i blow out of the window because of it.

Either
- let us not use fairy actions as long as the fairy is doing another one or
- queue the fairy actions or
- at least don´t put the action on cooldown if it doesn´t get executed.

This was never an issue when fairy was independent of the GCD, but then I suppose the fairy actually using her abilities was "OP" thanks SE. it's much more balanced when fairy is just standing there looking pretty instead of actually doing her job. /s
