wont change till they make the client send pos to the server more than once a second, doubt the servers could handle it thoughSomething really needs to be done about it, using the Ifrit fight as an example, it has pretty much turned him into a cheating whore! I enjoy a good challenge, but there is nothing fun about being destroyed by eruptions that appear under you three at a time, and detonate instantly before you can even react. It is not a fair challenge when plumes can kill you even after you have run well clear of them, and when Ifrit can hit you during a charge while you are standing in one of the safe spots, without landing a scratch on other members of your party who are standing in the EXACT same place at the time, that is NOT a challenge, that is hax.
I honestly don't think it has anything to do with my end. I was having severe connection issues at the beginning of the year, and I pretty much beat my ISP senseless with customer complaints for a month until they fixed it. (For awhile, my bandwith was slightly higher than what I was paying for.) I seem to recall SE saying something about an issue with the current server that was affecting network status. Is this issue still being addressed?
