    It's been over 48 hours and I still haven't received my Mog Station items.

    This is beyond frustrating. I purchased Phantasia and a Name Change on 09/03 at around 6 p.m. EST. After an hour of no confirmation email I called customer support. They told me because of the holiday processing is slower than normal and it shouldn't take more than 48 hours. I really want my items that I was charged for.

    Probably tried this already but if not give the request reward letter button a whirl, it might help:



    And even more likely but if you've not logged in and out.. that can sometimes help, but since you said it's over 48 hours sounds like I'm just playing troubleshooting's greatest hits then lol.

    Of course you want to also make sure that you've got room for the items:



    If you're full then you'll need to delete some letters.

    Hopefully it arrives soon

    Shouldn't the name change have been instantaneous thought ? I don't recall ever waiting for it to process. It usually takes effect the moment you log in.

    For the item, I'm not surprised thought, it does happen often. Try what Shougun told you, hopefully it will arrive soon !

    Namechange/Serverchange etc. shouldn't take anytime at all. Especially if you haven't get any confirmation about your purchase it might haven't go through.
