The heal it grants is very small for a 2-minute cooldown heal. And with a recast that long, I honestly don't think there's a good reason why it can't be more effective.

It wouldn't be imbalanced to give it a small potency buff. It's 2-minute cooldown would already keep it balanced. It's not a spammable skill like Vercure, and there's no reason why melee DPS shouldn't have a bit more survival than they currently have(plus it makes the game more fun).
