Chance of unlocking new zone

Hey guys, so what is the chance to unlock new zone when running voyages? Want to unlock Sunken Vault so running array of voyages prior to it and sometimes it takes 1 run, sometimes 3 or 4. What build do I need for my submarine to maximize that chance?

I didnt know one existed :O. From quick eyescan it doesnt tell anything about unlocking chances so idk if will be useful for me but thanks!

generally the higher the surveillance rating is i think that affects zone unlocking?

Maybe, ive been thinking about speed to to speed up that process since it can take several runs.

all the speed in the world won't affect unlocking if you don't have the surveillance to unlock the zone!
