    Yet Another Summoner Rework

The idea behind this rework is to move summoner away from being a designated pet job and instead have the act of summoning and the commanding of our egi's be the core mechanics of our job. It moves us away from our arcanist roots by removing our diseases and the festering of our diseases, instead having us summon multiple egi's to attack targets and spending aetherflow to use Egi Assault I/II to have them attack a target with single/multi target.
    • Ruin - All ruins are left as is.
    • Outburst - Same as before.
    • Bio/Miasma - Replaced with Summon I/II: Instead of putting a disease dot on the target we instead summon a random egi to attack the target over that same 30 seconds. Mechanically it will function exactly as a disease with the egi's having to be resummoned when the 30 seconds is up and will disappear when the target dies instead of swapping to another target. This way it is identical to the old diseases to the extent that there is even a debuff on the target counting down until it ends so you know when to reapply.
    • Energy Drain/Siphon - Same as before.
    • Aetherflow - Added back into the game, same as before. Allows you to gather atherflow without needing a target i.e. out of combat.
    • Fester - Replaced with Egi Assault I: Spend an atherflow to command your egi's to attack the target, dealing increased damage depending on how many egi's are attacking the target. Functions identically to fester and the old disease system where you'd only to do it if you have both on the target.
    • Painflare - Replaced with Egi Assault II, commanding your egi's on that target to attack with their respective aoe moves.
    • Enkindle - Same as before except it causes both of the egi's on that target to use their signature attacks.
    • Bane - Mechcanically the same: just as before you spread your diseases to other targets, this will summon forth a host of egi's to attack nearby targets. To clarify if you used Summon I on an enemy and used bane on it, Summon I will be applied to all nearby enemies and they will each have an egi attacking them. Same thing with Summon II. If you have both Summon I and II on the target it will spread both. To reiterate, when targets with egi's attacking them die the egi will leave the battle.
