Need CUL rotation feedback and advice

Hi everyone, I apologize for me even making this thread as I know for a fact this is a very common question you're all probably sick of it, but I can't seem to find any answers on those threads. And when I went to to the crafting optimizer site I couldn't seem to find a option for a rotation that maximizes quality and crafts the recipe at the same time but I may have not looked hard enough. And when I found I a Google Doc I got told it's a violation of tos to view (wtf). Feel free to redirect me elsewhere if my post is redundant.

I recently got CUL (and BTN cause screw market prices sometines) to 70 and I plan to get to 80 and make high quality items to sell on the MB pretty regularly so I'm gonna need a good rotation, yet I still don't have a set in stone one. For the longest time I would always go inner quite > steady hand 2 > waste not > basic touch x2 > standard touch > advanced touch and then do whatever.

Recently I have been along the lines of inner quiet > steady hand 2 > hasty touch a few times depending on the recipes durability and success rate > masters mend > steady hand 2 > hasty touch a few times > rumination > masters mend 1 or 2 depending on CP > waste not > careful synthesis 3 a few times. Or at the end instead of careful synthesis I'll do steady hand > waste not > rapid synthesis 2 if I feel like careful synthesis 3 won't cut it. Now this is a very all over the place rotation and I know I could do better, idk hoe though.

I'm lvl 70, wearing the 70 blue crafting gear you buy with scrips with 400 CP, 1665 craftsmanship, and 1549 control, if I eat food I eat a Warriors Stew, and I'm a specialist. Feedback for a lvl 80 crafter is fine too as I'm not gonna be at 70 forever.

First of all, if you are level 70, don't underestimate the power that Byregot's Blessing, and Prudent Touch, Name/Brand (These 2 skills when combined provide uncapped, %-based progress, and Specialty: Reflect. So have a fiddle with those, and the idea of using the optimisation sites is that you only use them when you have a baseline rotation to which it can potentially improve upon, and never as a whole solution.

Rumination gets thrown aside the moment you have access to Byregot's Blessing, at least as far as levelling is concerned.

If you fiddle with the aforementioned skills then you should have no issue crafting HQ items.

Input your crafter stats, the food, medicine youre using, and the starting quality of your craft and hit "start simulation" itll calculate the highest possible quality wile still being able to complete the craft.

    Careful Synthesis III

    Inner Quiet,
    Steady Hand II
    Prudent Touch x 4
    Masters Mend

    Steady Hand II
    Prudent Touch x 3
    Great Strides

    Byregot's Blessing

    Careful Synthesis III x 2

If you have the full 70 Yellow Scrip set, this will carry you from 71 to 80. 70 to 71 just bulldoze through old recipes or use a ton of HQ mats. You will need 5 Careful Synthesis III rather than 3 to complete at 70. The level penalty is pretty harsh.

For 70 or 80 durability recipes you can start with Muscle memory and use Ingenuity on the end Careful Synthesis III's to speed it up. That will help in the 70 to 71 as well and will improve completion with 78 recipes using the 70 gear set.

Once you get to master books, throw that all out the window but for leveling and basic recipes it works fine.
