Six sided star is situational as well, being used for those "oh crap!" moments when your stacks might be about to fall off and you only have time for one hit. Monk is doing extremely well right now. The only move I directly see issues with is tornado kick being so clunky.
Even with what you are saying being true... anatman is still out classed by form shift. Why would a monk choose to stay still it whatever position they are in and just hold form and gl instead of being mobile and be able to shift to raptorinorder to catch the boss asap to refresh twin snakes. All while still able to maintain gl without being locked in place. If ur argueing about just using it for a second then there is no reason not to use form shift. As for ur idea with sss, sure why not, if its the very last thing u could possibly do...and why not u could tornado kick aswell right after sss, and if ur in a intermission then u could theoretically do a anatman... but by this point in time your perfect balance should be off cd and it allows u to get gl4 without loss of dps.

But all this being said is if the fight doesnt have any adds coming out, if it does u effectivly cut urself off at the knee.
