With all due respect, I don't think you understand how massive RoF losing its slow was.

Honestly i do know, it reduced my gc from 1.7 with 4 gl to 1.9 with 4 gl, do...in the span of the buff, i get 11 skills instead of 10 in 20 seconds, significant....
