    Is enhanced sacred soil or whispering dawn bugged?

    I just hit 78 and casting sacred soll heals ~2800 every tick at "100" potency and whispering dawn is 2300 at 120 potency with current gear. No buffs.

    It's because pet Potency is actually weaker than the master / player potency. Pet potency values are about 33% weaker than indicated on the tooltip. I wish they would correct this.

    Fairy suffers from a pet tax. About 2/3 rds to be precise the actual potency it’s at 80.
