'Global' is Undefined error when launching the game launcher from steam.

I woke up today and I had to redownload the launcher for FFXIV because it decided to uninstall itself again. Now when I try to launch it it gives me a script error that says
    Line: 19
    Char: 2
    Error: 'Global' is undefined
    Code: 0
    URL: https://frontier.ffxiv.com/version_5...=2019-09-03-13

It asks me if I want to continue running scripts on the page, and regardless of whether I say Yes, or no all I can do in the launcher is click on a prompt in the bottom left corner that says "DirectX 9 No Longer Supported". When I click on that it gives me another error saying:
    Line: 1
    Char: 1
    Error: 'dx11Confirm' is undefined
    Code: 0
    URL:

I have no idea what is going on with it, I ran the DX setup application in the game files and it said everything is up to date and should be working, I would appreciate some insight into the issue if possible.

Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Were any updates or changes made to the PC that coincide with this? Is Direct X 11 installed on the PC? Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

Thank you for your response, I got home after college and the issue has resolved itself apparently. And with what was happening earlier, I could not even see the bottom menu on the launcher, the whole thing was just a blank black screen without any options, so I am very glad it fixed itself somehow.
I will provide a screenshot or something if it happens again, since it was a strange error it seems.
