Steam user who registered through Mog Station still unable to log in.

I am still given the message about service account not being registered to this account. However, I am registered on Mog Station through Steam and all of my registration codes were through purchasing through steam. So I do not understand why I am unable to log in. I reinstalled and tried the "-issteam" workaround but it doesn't work.

I just bought the new Shadowbringers expansion and I can't log in to play. My subscription days that I purchased are slowly being wasted as I am unable to log in. Many years worth of money have gonne to this game and I can't even log in to play it.

Please fix this issue SE.

It seems I get this issue only when trying to make a new character. I am still able to log into my main and my alts but for some reason, when I go to make a completely new character it boots me and tells me that I have to register the game. I checked out the Mogstation too, and yep, everything is registered. I have no advice, Im just letting you know you're not alone in this and hopefully some one will see this who does know what to do.

For me I can't even get past the launcher log in. When I enter my password it immediately takes me to the service registered message. I wish I could just play the character I have That's all I want.

It sucks but I'm not alone. And I'm glad some are still able to get on, you included. It's a fantastic game, which is why this is bothering me so much. Just want to play it.

I agree, I have a son who uses my account and can't log in since i purchase it from steam. I know they do this to protect our accounts but, it's now becoming a major issue. I needed my steam version to be open to windows as well and to no separate the two. It just makes it harder for us players to get on and some who prefer not to use steam. And if they cant fix it i will now have to never purchase steam version in the 1st place. This was not part of the terms i have read. I believe It was better to keep them open in the 1st place and not to change it again and again. Please SE fix it to the way it was.

Yeah this has just been a very poor choice by SE. They should have waited until they had a way that wouldn't also screw people trying to play the game normally.
