I agree that something has to be done.
It is lamentable that when in vicinity with these bots, that there is actually no option to report them as RMT through the menu - but to instead "hope" that they post a message, which only whence, the option to report RMT becomes available through the chat menu.

There ought be a way to simply target a "player" and be given the option to then report the targeted one as RMT/bot. It is beyond me why there is no such thing already, and it quite simply is inexcusable why there isn't such a thing already.

A few days ago I saw a massive amount of bots simply strolling through Ul'dah. Few days later, Limsa. The RMT messages have increased by a multitude since Shadowbringers launched, and SE simply has to start to get GMs involved with in-game monitoring in real-time and actually be an active presence.

Furthermore, the blacklist must be expanded. Mine's close to full of blocked bots.
