I've been wasting few hours looking for a cosplay as Mode, she's an Au'Ra from Alexander quests and if anyone can help with the glamours?

You can actually look up a NPC's entire outfit if you search for them on the Garland Tools database.

Her look is impossible to recreate perfectly due to her horns having a light blue tinge to them that player Au Ra lack access to, though (Not unlike Yugiri's pink-tinged horns).

I have an Au'Ra alt character, so the horns won't be a bother :3

Horn colour is the least of her issues, unfortunately.

She has a 'Face 1' face with 'Face 2' horns, and is wearing DoM-exclusive gloves and boots with no version available for Aiming gear. Her hair is also a custom variation of a standard Au Ra hairstyle so you can get something similar but not the same.

From memory, if you use face 1 with her listed face settings, they're accurate (minus her scar) - but then of course the horns are wrong.
