So yeah.. 6/150ish has not been the best luck I guess.

Again, I think you are including chests in your drop rate that don't naturally contain darklight.

For example in cutters cry all those chests leading up to Chimera that drop explorers choker, thoroens subligar, mages halfgloves etc... I don't think they drop darklight. If you include those in your avg you wont get the right %

Nope. We've killed Chimera 35 times, and Morbol 8~9 times all runs (except the very first 5 or so runs) have 4~5 chests.

Which is about 170 chests, in total that have a CHANCE to drop Dark light.

We've gotten 6 DLs, and I lowered our total number of chests to about 150ish to compensate for the first 5-10 runs where we got 2-3 chests.

Understood. Would be nice to have a spreadsheet with chest color and drop to establish a drop rate %.
