A lot of ppl still fail AV/CC..just like a lot of ppl still fail Ifrit after its been out for god knows how long. So it does keep things mostly rare; itll be a very long time before you see the majority of ppl in full darklight lol. A very long time.

And given that so many ppl are capped they dont have a choice but to make the goodies rare. Otherwise ppl would stop running it and get bored/afk til next patch.
