    Steam user still can't log in

    So I am a Steam user with all of my game and expansion codes registered through Mog Station. My mog station service account that has all my game codes registered through is a "Steam Account". But still when I try to log in through Steam it gives me the error at the log of the launcher that my account isn't registered. Please someone help. I'm losing subscribed days and I just want to play!

    Are you pressing the Steam "Play" button to launch the game or using an outside shortcut.

    Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID.
