INVALID PW

I was online yesterday and then logged out to try to buy the fantasia and evidently screwed something up, because later as I tried to relog into the game kept getting told invalid pw and eventually got locked out. I therefore turned the comp off. Just now tried again with existing pw and no go so decided to make a new password which have done twice as i keep getting told that the pw is invalid and I know I'm putting it in correctly.
Do we need to make a different one time pw each time we make a new pw ? That could be the problem, as I've kept the same one. All I know is I'm getting very angry having to keep doing this,I can't play as it is since having right shoulder surgery monday. Really all I can do is check cactpots daily / weekly, but if I can't get in to even do that,I may as well just let my time expire and forget about the game, BUT that's NOT what I want Anyone have any ideas why I keep getting invalid pw right after changing it?

One time passwords are for use one time. If your browser asks to remember it, tell it no.

If you are putting in a one time password without having the token... That's your problem. The one time password is never the same.

And you don't fill out that field if you don't have the token.

Yeah that may be what's going on here. Wasn't sure what she meant by "make".

Don't just make up one. If you have not added the app or the fob to your account, leave it blank.
