Hm... I can't quite remember how it goes, but i think you need to talk to Kurenai either near the exit inside the dungeon or outside near the entrance to the dungeon after the dungeon completion.

I can only guess, but this smells more like a bug report than a tech support issue. SE support has never been the best, though. If you did post it in the bug report section, they may have kicked it out because it's missing a ton of information that they ask for.

I submitted in the tech support, it would have been nice if they had left a comment as to WHY they moved it, but thank you. I'll try the bug report section and see what happens.

You are correct. Except its not giving me completion for it. My quest marker won't turn green and I can't turn in.

Because it's not a technical issue, and they expect you to at least take a short glance at the sticky thread(s), one of the two tells you to post bugs in the Bug Report section. You can use the threads posted in the tech support section to see if you're dealing with an issue that requires tech support (most of the threads are about game crashes, error codes etc.).
