Armory Bonus

Hi guys, I need some clarification on the Armory Bonus. I'm relatively new to the game. I have a level 70 Gunbreaker. If I wanted to start leveling up another class, would there be an armory bonus? Would I need to level my main class to level 80?

It applies to any job that is a lower level than your highest leveled job.

This- and just to add the armory bonus comes in two tiers, from 1-69 the bonus is 100% exp and from 70 on it's 50% exp, and doesn't apply to DoH/DoL (afaik).
