Tl;dr, Yes and No. dps wise, there is no reason to take any of the others over 1 BLM with the exception of wanting caster Rez. however, in wanting caster Rez. there comes a reason to take something other than BLM. so basically, early prog is the only place where BLM isn't dominating or in groups who just don't care. Melee and BLM are so much better than everything else, that if it wasn't double BLM, it'd be Triple Melee and BLM before any of the other ranged/casters got a chance

going to actually answer your question besides telling you to play what you want and that everything is viable because while it's true that everything is viable. you're still going to run into instances where PFs omit your slot for no real reason. SAMs got this hard in SB and RDM tends to get it about a month or so once PF gets more experienced and players start caring about their parses but not actually willing to speed kill. your "0 chest fun runs" or "Page runs"
