Why did the latest patch randomly increase the cost of Facet Mail of Fending?

Apropos of nothing, Patch 5.08 randomly increased the materials needed for Facet Mail of Fending from 2 Tungsten Steel Ingots to 3 ingots, thereby increasing the overall cost significantly. The 3rd ingot replaced one Deepgold Nugget. For comparison, all other Facet body and pants pieces require four 2* materials and one non-2* material to make, plus two Grade 2 Alkahest. Now, Facet Mail of Fending requires five 2* materials, which is higher than any other piece, including the Facet Chain Hose of Fending. What gives?

I assume it might be because it has no leather ingredients. Leather takes twice the amount of goethica then ingots or cloth.

An issue wherein the ingredients required for Facet Mail of Fending were incorrect.

Its the 4th bullet point down on the original text.

I just checked the recipe and it says 2 tungsten ingots, 1 prismatic ingot, 1 ethereal silk, 1 deepgold nugget, and 2 alkhests. It is in line with the other armors now, so you may be confusing it with the mail of maiming which does use 3 tungsten ingots because it lacks the 1 silk.
