    Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    I apologize for any inconvenience that has occurred. A world transfer is only free when you are doing the following:

    - Transferring to a new world
    - Transferring from a congested world to a preferred world

    As Hyperion is currently a standard world, the transfer from there to Lamia is not fee. For any inquiries for a refund, you will need to contact the North American Support Center.
