    Error 3084 after world transfer service

    World: Transfer from Cerberus to Ragnarock.
    Character Name: Shiro Memorie
    Class/Level: Scholar lv.80
    Race: Au Ra F

    Passed 3 hours since i did the world transfer, payed the fee and this error occurs when i click play game, i cant log in any of my characters.
    Hope i can resolve this i really want to play
