SE recently revealed a peacock mount and glamour at the China fan fest...I know it is most likely to be a china exclusive but I would sell my soul and my mother for that mount

I would assume it'll be out here probably by the end of the year. China gets those mounts as they are behind in content (just like Korea) so they're nice benefits to them.

I think past once piece of glam (the meteor survivor jacket) we've generally gotten all of them. they just take a couple of months.

There is one set from Korea we have yet to receive, as well. But the dress clips really badly so I get the feeling we'll never see it and as a result the male counterpart as well.

I mean we got the Faerie Tale Princess gear on the MogStation and that clips terribly on females, so I don't think that's reason enough not to add those Korean items you are talking about. Could just be artist contract issues maybe, feel like they still get added eventually.

I hope we can get it sorted, I really want that Korean dress for my character, despite the clipping.

The Korean and Chinese items are "Localised" items which basically means they are assets created to try and generate the most profits possible from the region due to being familiar with the items due to local knowledge or sentimental value. They will come to the International cash shop after some amount of time I imagine to focus as much of the local korean or chinese market to buy the product.
Mainland China and Korea FFXIV is not run by SE so it has to keep with the business models of those territories. Riding a well established local mount is a sure way to guarantee profitability in those regions.
