What are you talking about? How are you rewarded for not saying anything in chat?

These seems to be an ongoing thing of trying to push the idea that people are getting banned/suspended for on good reason. The only people I ever see using phrases like snowflake are bullies who like to be rude and unpleasant to people but then get really upset when they are called out on it.
