I play FFXIV for about three years and its community is the best for me. I've played a few MMORPGs in the past, but their players weren't so nice, friendly and helpful. I'm not able to even count how many times somebody did something for me even though we didn't know each other. Now I am this kind of player myself - I like to help newbies and guide them. Of course, there are toxic players and bobs (like I call new, unskilled ones), but I just don't care about the first ones and try to help the second ones.

But about sensitivity... A few days ago I was talking to a guy I met ig. We were playing together for a few weeks, so I just decided to ask him about his real name. I didn't even think that it would be a big deal, it's totally normal and neutral question for me. But he was surprised. He told me if I'm not afraid about asking about such things because they can be offensive for people who don't feel a man or a woman. I can understand that someone doesn't feel comfortable with their name, but it's a bit ridiculous to me. I mean... you can always tell someone that you don't want to talk about your real name, you really don't have to be angry and report him. I think that some people are just too sentitive.
