Unless you count the Valentione's quest back in 2014(???) that had Rhoswen "confess" to him but Carvallain remaining (or faking?) oblivious to it. They are fun, though. Wish we'd get another set of postmoogle quests or something and see some development there.
But they keep appearing here and there. This last Moonfire they were fishing next to each other.
