But RDM wasn't this weak in SB, and it still had spammable raise, it was even less punishing. This was only 9 weeks ago!

But even so, they could address this by changing Dualcast into "reduces cast times by 5s."
This would mean Verraise would have a minimum 5s cast time with Dualcast, and you'd need Swiftcast to use it effectively, while still being technically better than SMN's Resurrection at 8s.
