Flame seals

"Protect the frightened Foreman" can get really dull after a while. It can get really irritating when the monster you're trying to attack warps on top of the "ceiling". Also, the creatures that just shoot projectiles from 20 feet away are annoying. It's not hard, just really tedious.

There's also the one where they recommend you use an emote (/poke) on an enemy to see if they have a crystal or something so you can properly identify a creature or something. Yeah...I just ran up to them all and beat the living crap out of them.

On the lvl 30 kill everything you can in 15 min I could usually net 20kish xp along with the seals, wasn't bad for not having to burn anima or waste time chocoing. This was with GA, I'd assume with rested would be similar.

I did my whm 37-40 and got about 3-4k seals, 500 xp per mob and winning xp on top of that. I will let you decide on that evidence, I thought it was quite good, not the most efficient way of leveling or getting seals, but soloing getting xp and seals at the same time, I thought was the best way.

Pshh, i dont know why people saying its bad EXP

I was levelling my Lancer on one, level 41, I'd 2 star them so mobs were level 46. I could take them down pretty quick, perfect 5 level range. Was getting 1k+ per kill.

I'd kill about 15 mobs then after reward of 6k thats 21k in 15 mins + 110 seals.

84k/440 seals

Not the fastest way to get EXP or Seals individually, but to get both at same time, its one of the best ways. Though if you're doing 30-35+ you should just go in Toto XD its higher seals plus decent EXP
