Unable to install item code for FFXIV soundtrack

I purchased the Duality OST back when it came out but just realized that I forgot to register the item code for the Orchestrion Rolls of "Borderless" and "Unbending Steel". I see unfortunately that the code apparently expired Dec. 31, 2018.

I have always purchased all the FFXIV merchandise containing item codes (OSTs, plushies, figurines, art books, encyclopedias, etc...) so I am REALLY hoping there is a way to still obtain this Orchestrion Roll. Please tell me if there is anything that I can do!

Edit - I am uncertain as to why some OSTs have item codes that expire and others never expire...

Ugh... on further investigation I just noticed that I also forgot to enter the code for the Namingway minion that came with the first Encyclopedia which I also purchased back when it came out... This is very disappointing....

Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do regarding an expired DLC. They will not allow you to redeem it, even if you contact Support about it.

The transition to non-expiring codes is also a fairly recent one: I believe it started with the second HW artbook (with the Hraesvelgr minion) and the Far Edge of Fate OST (Nidhogg minion)? After that, the OSTs got non-expiring codes...but their items were also reduced to one character only, where as the previous ones (Before Meteor OST, ARR OSTs, HW OSTs) were account-wide. I don’t remember when the Duality soundtrack came out, but it may have been released before they started transitioning to non-expiring codes, which is why its code still had an expiration date.

I appreciate the response. This is obviously very disappointing given that I purchased the merchandise when it came out, as I have made a point of purchasing all merchandise with item codes included (OSTs, plushies, figurines, art books, encyclopedias, etc...). I just seem to have missed installing these ones or they did not register... I would be willing to re-purchase the item codes separately if needed but I hate to think I have permanently missed out on these items.
